JUTTI CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Now You can Dry Clear your JUTTIES and Wash your Vegan products. Store your jutties at dry place and cover them with paper or cloth bags to avoid fungus, moisture and hardness.  If at all exposed to moisture, please dry them out for a couple of hours before putting them back in. Our jutties are extremely soft and light weighted however if your feet are too sensitive, line the inner linning of jutties with mustard oil and wait till skin adapt it and wear them.

You can polish our casual range of jutties, even you can change the shade of jutti too by coating mustard oil on nude shades or liquid color polish to it.

Vegan products are purely cloth made and comes with waterproof pasting. You can clean them by Hand-wash technique using any detergent and dry them.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

We charge a standard shipping fee of Rs.100 per order across India below 999 INR order value. We are also providing Free Shipping on orders above 999 INR . Once you place an order your pairs would be shipped within 6-7 working days. Though For safe and timely delivery of the orders placed with us, we have tie-ups with some of the most reliable and reputed transport companies. In case your address is in a location not served by them we would contact you to do our best to find an alternative solution to make your order reach you.

Please Note- During festivals, adverse weather conditions or PANDEMICS, your shipment could get further delayed. We ensure you that we will try our best to have your parcel delivered to you in good time.

COD available in India, we charge INR 100 per order under 999 INR value.

Our International orders normally take around 7 – 10 working days too deliver. Our shipping charges are standard for all countries across the globe, Rs 2100, except India. The charges may vary according to the numbers of pairs delivered.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGE

RETURNS AND EXCHANGE

We use standard EUR sizes to help you pick the perfect size. However if you still want to swap your pairs for another size then you may return the pair to us at  JUTTIESMAKER, D-15 A GROUND FLOOR , LAJPAT NAGAR 2, NEW DELHI-110024  within 7-8 Days in its original box packing and the invoice. Please mention your desired exchange piece along with the size on the invoice as well. You may also mail us on juttiesmaker@gmail.com for the same. We do not entertain refund and cancellation requests.

The Pairs can be exchanged for another size of the same style or with same value article. In case your desired size is unavailable with us, you could then exchange it for another style of the similar value.

No Returns & No Exchange on Earring and Accessories.

Pairs bought on SALE price will not be exchanged or returned.

We do not entertain refunds & exchanges on International orders.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES 

JM allows product exchange for the same or above the amount of the purchased order. We use standard US and EUR sizes to help you pick the perfect size. Please note that natural leather expands by about half a size to the take the shape of your feet.

However if you still want to exchange your jutties for another size then please notify us by an email or whatsapp within 48 hours of the product delivery.

To process your exchange request, you can send us an email at juttiesmaker@gmail.com. You may then return it to us at JUTTIESMAKER, D-15 A, GROUND FLOOR, Lajpat Nagar 2, near lajpat nagar metro station gate no.5, New Delhi- 110024, within one week in its original box packing. Your request will not be entertained in case the product is damaged, torn or used. We do not entertain refund & cancellation requests.
